Leila Kazbekova was born in Leningrad in 1977.
From 1990 till 1995 she studied at Yohanson School.
In 2001 she graduated from the Repin Arts Academy in Saint Petersburg. There she studied graphics at A.A. Pahomova’s shop.
Leila Kazbekova is the member of the Artists’ Union of Russia.
In 2001 Leila Kazbekova won the first prize and the public appraisal for her diploma project at the “Petersburg’s Book Salon”.
Since 1997 Leila Kazbekova has participated in over 30 exhibitions in Russia and abroad, among these exhibitions there were two one man shows.
Leila Kazbekova’s works are in private collections in Russia and abroad.
