Born in Minsk in 1957.
1983 - He graduated from the school of design of the Mouchina college of Arts and Industrial design in St. Petersburg.
He designed the albums of the famous Russian rock singer Andrei Makarevich ("Paper wings of Love", "Lady's album", "Songs I love"). For G. Tatljan A. Belle designed his new album "Night mail-coach". A. Belle has taken part in more than 100 exhibitions in Russia and abroad. A. Belle's works are in numerous museums and private collections, including: Museum of History of St.Petersburg, St.Petersburg, Museum of Modern Art, Moscow, Central Exhibition Hall "Manezs", St.Petersburg.
